Up to 2000 square feet $399 +HST
2001 to 2500 square feet $449 +HST
2501 to 3000 square feet $499 +HST
3001 to 3500 square feet $549 +HST

Over 3500 square feet STARTING AT $599 + HST, please contact for pricing
 
Condominium - $299 +HST

Thermal imaging, moisture detection and digital reporting
are always included in every inspection service.
